My career began in 2001, working across high-street and online agencies. I’ve seen the industry change, but one thing remains constant: people want to be heard. I’ve spent two decades learning the foundations of our local community. I realised that to give my clients the service they deserve, I needed to step away from the corporate mold. Brooks Estate Agents is the result of that journey—a brand where local heart meets world-class professional standards.

This independence means I am no longer bound by corporate quotas. Instead, I focus entirely on the micro-markets of Selby, the DN14 corridor, and our surrounding Yorkshire villages.
